EPISODE 4 – Sagrenti’s War
Storyline:
Till date, the Asantes, through strategic mastery and overwhelming numbers have enjoyed dominance in war tactics and have managed to conquer and subdue most of their enemies in battles that they have engaged in.
With an overarching sense of ego and brimming with confidence, they once again decide to beat the war drums and engage the British in a battle over the southern territories of the Gold Coast.
The British on the other hand, having had to retreat and console their wounded pride on many previous battles step out with a dogged determination to show the Asantes who is the real master tactician in war and the superior of the two. With a well recorded history replete with tales of embarrassing defeats at the hands of natives, can the British redeem their image and prove themselves the stronger? Who will come out the victor?
